clab99's commitment to responsible gaming

Enjoy entertainment within your limits — clab99 puts your safety and wellbeing first. Use our tools and guidelines to build healthy gaming habits.

Gambling is for entertainment — not a source of income

clab99 believes that online betting and casino games are purely a form of entertainment. We want every user to have a healthy and enjoyable experience on our platform. Responsible gaming means staying aware of your financial limits and time limits, and never seeing gambling as an alternative livelihood.

Our platform offers various responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, self-exclusion, and a time-out feature — to help you manage your gaming habits. If you feel you have a problem, our 24/7 Bengali live chat support is always here for you.

Remember: set a fixed budget before each betting session and do not go beyond it. If you lose, do not chase losses by placing more bets — that is one of the first signs of problem gambling.

Warning signs

If you notice the following signs, seek help promptly:

  • You are spending more money than your budget allows
  • You keep playing to recover your losses
  • Time with family or at work is being spent on gambling
  • You feel restless or anxious without gambling
  • You are lying to people close to you about gambling
  • You are borrowing money from others to play

Our protection tools

At clab99 you have these powerful control tools for responsible gaming — use them directly from your account settings.

Deposit Limit

Set a maximum limit for your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Raising a limit requires additional verification time, but lowering one is instant.

Time-Out

If you want to take a temporary break, set a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, use the self-exclusion feature. You can keep your account closed from 3 months up to permanently. This step is irreversible.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the set time is up you will receive a notification — and you can also set an automatic logout if you wish.

Gaming History

View a detailed report of your betting history, wins and losses, and total spending at any time. Review your gaming patterns and make informed decisions.

Stay in control

Responsible gaming is not just about setting limits — it is about having a healthy mindset. clab99 provides you with four key layers of protection to keep your gaming experience safe and enjoyable.

  • Before each deposit, keep your monthly budget in mind — the minimum deposit at clab99 is ৳300.
  • Never gamble when you are emotional or under the influence of alcohol.
  • Do not place larger bets to try to win back money you have lost — that is a warning sign.
  • Spend time with family and friends and treat gaming purely as leisure entertainment.
  • Ask yourself whether you feel happy after a session — if not, it is time to take a break.
  • Creating or using a clab99 account is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age.
