Withdrawals at clab99 are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. The process is faster when account verification is complete and the transaction amount is normal. Bank transfers may take a bit longer depending on banking hours. Contact support if there is a long delay.

To deposit with Nagad, log in to clab99, select Nagad from the deposit section, and send the payment to the designated merchant number. Save the payment reference number. The minimum deposit amount must be ৳300. If you have any issues, contact live chat with the reference number for assistance.
Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include: incomplete account verification, wagering requirements on a bonus not yet met, or a request below ৳800. Contact 24/7 live chat immediately to find out the reason for the rejection and to get it resolved.
Games and Rules
BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) match betting is very popular at clab99. You can place bets on various markets before or during a match (live betting) — match winner, top batsman, total runs, and more. Go to the cricket betting section, select BPL, choose your preferred market and amount, and confirm your bet. Check the odds carefully before placing a bet.
clab99 offers games from multiple world-class game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each provider brings its own range of slots, live casino, and fishing games, making the platform highly varied.
RTP (Return to Player) is the long-term mathematical statistic of a game, indicating what percentage of total wagers is returned to players on average. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 comes back for every ৳100 wagered — but this is a long-term average, not a guarantee for every session. clab99 uses fair play and RNG technology.
Yes, clab99 is built with a mobile-first design. All games can be played on any modern browser on both Android and iOS devices — no app download required. Slots, live casino, cricket betting, and fishing games are all fully optimized for mobile. The experience remains smooth regardless of screen size.
In live casino, a real dealer runs the game via video stream — such as live roulette, live blackjack, or live baccarat. It gives you much the same feel as a real casino. Slot games, on the other hand, are entirely software-based, where the RNG determines the outcome. clab99 ensures fair play in both.
Yes, live and pre-match betting on the T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international tournaments is available in the cricket section at clab99. Odds change in real time during a match, so it is important to read the situation and make quick decisions. Read the terms and conditions before you start betting.
Bonuses and Promotions
The clab99 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and get an additional ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; deposit ৳18,000 and get a ৳8,000 bonus — total ৳26,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
A wagering requirement (Wagering Requirement) means you must place a specified amount in bets before you can withdraw bonus money. For clab99's welcome bonus, this is 10x. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. Slots, live casino, and cricket betting may all count toward this — ask support for the specific rules.
You don't need to sign up separately for the VIP program at clab99 — your level rises automatically through regular play. There are four levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Moving to a higher level unlocks more benefits.
clab99 VIP players receive cashback on their net losses each week. The cashback rate varies by level from Bronze to Platinum. Cashback is generally credited to your wallet every Monday or on a set day. Contact support or check the bonus section for detailed cashback terms.
No, the welcome bonus can only be received once per account — only at the time of the first deposit. However, clab99 regularly offers various promotional offers, reload bonuses, and special occasion bonuses. Check the promotions section regularly or ask in live chat for the latest offers.
